Soma-Wellness Program

Moving Beyond Traditional Fitness

Where Biomechanics Meets Human Performance

A highly individualized training methodology rooted in classical anatomy, tensegrity biomechanics, and complexity. Designed for those who demand more from their bodies and require a deeper level of physical precision.

Each person is an individual – there are no recipes.
Client education is the foundation of permeant change.
Structure and function are interdependent.

Scope of Practice Notice

This programming is strictly instructional and conditioning-based. We do not diagnose, treat, or rehabilitate acute medical conditions, joint pathologies, or structural injuries. All clients managing post-surgical status or severe structural limitations must be fully cleared for physical exercise by their primary physician or orthopedic surgeon. Our objective is strictly the optimization of human biomechanics, postural organization, and functional load capacity.

Our Philosophy Statement

Our mission is to help clients understand the relationship between structure and function. When you improve the structural alignment and fascial integrity of the body, performance and pain-free movement naturally follow.

How to Begin

Evaluations, Private Sessions & Custom Programming

Before beginning a private training or conditioning program, all clients managing post-surgical status or complex structural limitations must first consult with their primary physician or orthopedic surgeon.

Step 1

Initial Contact & Documentation Review: Pre-Appointment

Reach out to schedule your evaluation and custom program design. Prior to your first visit, you will submit a thorough health history and exercise waiver. If you are managing complex mechanical issues or are post-surgery, please prepare any pertinent medical records, operative notes, or imaging reports (MRI, X-ray) for our structural intake review.

Step 2

Evaluation & Phase I Design: Initial Intake Session

Plan on exactly 50-minutes for your initial intake and assessment. Wear form-fitting exercise clothing. We will conduct an exhaustive screening designed to map mechanical asymmetries, postural organization, joint restrictions, and localized muscle inhibitions. Using these findings, we build your highly specialized Phase I exercise strategy.

Step 3

Film & Launch Your Home Program: Video Logging Process

Your custom program is engineered to address the specific findings of your evaluation—whether that means targeting a compressed L5-S1 segment, managing altered shear forces from a spinal fusion, or re-educating a repaired rotator cuff. We will film you executing your precise ELDOA postures and analytical exercises. This creates an interactive video and audio log for your private home or travel practice.

Step 4

Progression & Semi-Private Integration: Ongoing Structural Adaptation

As your joints adapt, space is created, and your structural integrity improves, your home program will systematically evolve. To supplement your private home routine, you can seamlessly transition into our small-group conditioning and semi-private workouts, utilizing specialized small-group classes as an ongoing adjunct to your structural maintenance.
