Elevation Fitness is designed for everyday people of all fitness levels.

Our workouts are scalable and coach led, meaning they can be adjusted to meet your abilities and progress over time right alongside a professional coach.

We offer Group Classes, Personal Training, Nutrition and Wellness Coaching and Corporate Wellness.

We are, located at 41 John street in Babylon Village. We are located at the junction between Babylon Village and West Islip.

Our 18,000 square foot gym is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Our group classes complete a structured strength or conditioning day which combines a beautiful balance of strength training, bodyweight training, cardio training and mobility.

The best of all worlds which is led by our trained staff of professional coaches.

All workouts are scaled appropriately by a coach to give you the best workout each time you join us for class.

We are all about making fitness sustainable.

*All new members get their start in our foundations program before entering group classes.

Our foundations program is our onboarding program for all new members which consists of 4 one on one sessions with a coach.

This is our opportunity to work with you 1-on-1 to assess your current fitness level, to address any imbalances we see, to help you build confidence and give you a starting point with the movements you’ll be doing in small group personal training classes.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of group classes and we’ll appropriately ramp up your fitness each session so you can hit the ground running when taking the next step into small group personal training classes.

Our foundations program sets you up for success not just in the short term, but for long term sustainable fitness success, which is what we’re all about at Elevation Fitness!

Personal Training at Elevation Fitness is all about working with a coach 1-on-1, 2-on-1 or 3-on-1 to reach your desired goals with an individualized program and high accountability to get there.

If you want 100% attention on you or want to reach your goals faster, this is the way to go.

 

Our Nutrition and Wellness coaching program at Elevation Fitness is a habits based program.

It is built around creating sustainable and healthy lifestyle habits.

This sustainable approach to nutrition leads to a world of change when combined with accountability and consistency from our Nutrition and Wellness Coaches who are Registered Dieticians and we accept most insurances.

Our program is NOT focused on fad diets, temporary fixes or extreme weight loss challenges.

We truly care about you!

Our coaches are here for you and lead with a help first mentality.

Our fitness community is a down to earth group of positive, inclusive and supportive members looking to be a little better than yesterday and to have fun along the way.

We are designed for everyday people looking to enhance their vitality and improve longevity.
