With a busy, complex life , in order to keep my shit together I need to keep it simple in the kitchen. That is why I love this recipe.
Please try this out and let us know what you think. Unless you don’t like it, in that case keep it to yourself.
*2/3 cup Raw Organic Almond Butter
*2 scoops of chocolate (or vanilla) Protein Powder
(I prefer Sun Warrior Protein)
*1/3 cup of coconut oil (semi soft)
*2/3 cup Organic Almond milk (unsweetened)
*1 teaspoon Organic cinnamon powder
*1 teaspoon organic Maca Powder
Mix all ingredients until well combined then put the mix into a 4 by 8 inch glass container
(be sure to put parchment paper over the glass container.)
Refrigerate for 6-8 hours before serving. Serve cold.
*You may also add honey to this recipe if you prefer
