Peter Lombardi started in the Fitness Industry at the young age of 15 years old, his goal was always to create a facility centered around total Fitness and wellness. Peter has worked the spectrum in the industry. From your traditional big box facility, cardiac rehabilitation settings, as well physical therapy clinics. He always says he has been fortunate enough to have worked with all populations from professional athletes looking to raise their level of performance or get out of pain, to senior citizens just looking to prolong their lifespan and quality of life . Peter does not use cookie cutter programs he develops personalized programs based on the needs and wants of the individual, he will prioritize developing an authentic, meaningful connection with you in your pursuit of individual goals.

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac), and a Certified Herbal Specialist, who had followed my family’s medical tradition. My father is a Neurologist who successfully integrated Chinese Medicine into his primary practice. I also had the honor of training with Dr. Jeffrey Yuen, the 88th generation Taoist Priest, an expert in School of Classical Chinese Medicine, also called “Extraordinary Vessels”. This ancient yet relevant and sophisticated system addresses patient’s maladies with a personalized approach .This allows not only to get the best results, but caters to any special needs of the patient.
My practice has evolved around pain and stress management, acute and chronic injury relief, female health, neurological and cardiovascular ailments. I really enjoy working with “Extraordinary Vessels”, but I am not a stranger to the other Schools, choosing the appropriate treatment plan, best for each patient.
Tim graduated from New York College of Health Professions in 2007. He has 15 years of experience working in the field along side skilled Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Orthopedic Doctors working on a wide variety of conditions. He has advanced skills in sports, medical and swedish massage with additional extensive training in eastern massage techniques such as Amma, Tuina and Kyojung, focusing on soft tissue manipulation.

Even as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I know what it is like to feel off-balanced. Dr. Valente graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, Texas, with a focus on Radiology, Rehabilitation, and Myofascial Disorders. During this time he received a certification in Acupuncture and was trained in Concussion Grading, Athletic Taping and Kinesio Taping techniques. At the same time he joined the Baseball Sports Medicine Institute where he treated Professional and Amateur athletes.
Dr. Valente has obtained the postgraduate education as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. This certification is specific to physical fitness and the evaluation and treatment of injuries encountered in sports. In 2006 & 2007, Dr. Valente was part of the medical team at the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Valente has been quoted in both Women’s Health and The New Yorker magazines.
Dr. Valente is certified in FAKTR, which stands for “Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation.” It was developed to help speed recovery from chronic musculoskeletal pain syndromes and has also been shown to work extremely well on acute musculoskeletal & myofascial conditions. This technique uses instrument assisted soft tissue and manual therapies, combine with Kinesio tapingand various low-tech rehabilitation devices such as Thera-Band simultaneously. This approach provides a powerful stimulus to healing tissues.
Dr. Valente is one of the few chiropractors in New York who performs Manipulation Under Anesthesia (Gordon Technique), a valuable procedure for people with chronic neck, back, and joint problems who have not been responsive to conventional treatment.
Dr. Valente is a proud member of the United States Sports Chiropractic Federation which promotes the development and care of athletes at international sporting events.

As a former semi pro athlete Dave got into training to improve his health and well being, he is constantly evolving and improving his methodologies to enhance his client experience and improve their outcomes with training.
Dave is extremely passionate about helping others improve their fitness and wellness.
Dave is the head coach of our Kids Fit program and also spearheads our 8 week Kettlebell Camp.

I learned a long time ago that there wasn’t anything I couldn’t achieve as long as I wanted it badly enough.
I have always enjoyed being active. I have been a skier since my teens. Became a golf addict and In my 30’s I started racing motocross and running.
Over the years I hired a couple coaches and I did just about everything they said. I got into good enough shape that I could start running again. I lost 50lbs and ran the NYC Marathon.
I fell in love with the process and became fully aware of how important strength training and conditioning really is. Those coaches helped me regain my life back. I could not have done it without their help and guidance. So, I got my certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer.
Through all of my life experiences, not just the physical fitness and weight loss, my goal is to help.
One of the greatest lessons I was taught in life is that I should keep it simple. So we will keep it simple and one day at a time we can achieve our goals of living a happy, active, and healthy life.
