Kettlebell Boot Camp
Utilizes the kettlebell as the primary focus of resistance, includes a combination of strength and cardio to maximize work capacity and get the biggest bang for your time in the gym.
Tabata Training
Tabata is basically, 20-second bursts of very intense exercise followed by ten seconds of rest, repeated eight times for a total of four minutes. This is an effective way of burning body fat and improving the function of your heart and lungs.
Kids Fit
Kids Fit consists of multiple physical activities e.g., pulling, pushing, running, throwing, lifting, jumping, and climbing as well. Our program teaches Kids and teens how to move without compensation and promises to improve confidence, mental capacity, problem solving skills, and improve the ability to work with their peers.
