1 half medium Organic Avocado
2 Free Range Organic Hard Boiled eggs
Himalayan salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Chopped celery (optional)
Cut up eggs into bite size pieces, mix in avocado and remaining ingredients. Eat immediately or store in an air tight container with some lemon juice to prevent browning.
